About Delight Supported Living

We started as a small home care agency in Scotland. Today we support adults across Scotland and England, and we still work the same way: locally, and around the person.

Our vision
To be a trusted leader in compassionate, person-centred care, empowering individuals to live safe, fulfilled and independent lives in their own homes and communities, supported by skilled professionals and innovative technology that enhances wellbeing and quality of life.

We were first registered to deliver home care to vulnerable adults. We now also support adults with learning disabilities, and supply locum nurses and care staff to mental health hospitals and nursing homes.

We are a Real Living Wage employer, so our support team feels valued. A happy, settled team shows in the quality of care, and we’re sure you’ll see it in the people who visit you.

Our story

  1. 2009

    Delight Supported Living begins operating as a domiciliary home care agency.

  2. 2010

    Our first office opens in Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, followed by our first office in England, in Morecambe.

  3. 2019

    We are awarded a place on the NHS National Clinical Staffing Framework.

  4. 2020

    Our Irvine branch receives top marks from the Care Inspectorate.

  5. Today

    Eight offices across Scotland and England, providing home care, supported living and nursing staff.
